Hi, my daughter was diagnosed at 8 months old, she is now 7 years old.
Does anyone know of any really good solicitors?
I've tried erwin Mitchell, field Fisher, slators and Gordon's and boyes Turner.
I don't even mind to start paying, I just need someone good to fight my case.

Hi @Lilyjs96
Good to meet you. The ones you have mentioned are recognised as sector-leading. Have you heard of Digby Brown? They are another firm that I have heard of. I cannot endorse any particular solicitor but we do have an advice page on Choosing a Medical Negligence Solicitor.

No they are a no win no fee and my case was evidentally too complex for them0

Hi @Lilyjs96
All of those firms were unable to take your case forward? I had a very similar experience myself. It is very frustrating!

Did you find anyone in the end to help you with your case?0

Unfortunately not. Though, if I'm totally honest I lost heart really and didn't explore alternatives perhaps as well as I could have.1

I have experience with Boyes Turner and they seem really good0

Jmw solicitors in Manchester have a large and well recognised medical neg team and are in the legal directories as a recommended firm. Eddie Jones and his team have had a few good results with very old med negligence claims and CP. Think most people have to do no win no fee though as legal costs are far too high for most to self fund.
Hope that helps0 -
Novum Law are really good.0
