Review form for Adult Disability Payment (ADP)

Hi after a change of circumstances I have been transferred to ADP from Pip as I am in Scotland.Am so nervous as my PIP stopped over a week ago and I havent heard any thing to from the scottish equivalent of PIP to confirm transfer.Has any one else been transferred to ADP from PIP and how did it go.Also does any one have a link to a ADP review form so that I can see what I will hopefully,be asked - Thanks

Hi,Paulme,just wondering how you got on with your ADP as no body anywhere seem to know how it works my adp review date was 6th February foned was told not to worry they do things differently from PIP would receive review form “after” that date and that nothing would change still haven’t received form
