PIP Application

Good afternoon ,

I wonder if anyone can re-assure me on my PIP application . I had my PIP face to face  Assessment 3 weeks ago today. On the 1st August I received a text message saying we have received your written report and we will make a decision. Then yesterday I received two text messages saying we have not yet made a decision on your PIP claim. This morning I received a further duplicate text and a letter from DWP saying that they gave received all the information needed to make a decision on my claim .

    Hi @JulieAnne11 - & welcome to the community. These are just standard texts, etc which seem to often cause some needless worry. It can take anything up to 12 weeks to get your decision letter from rhe time of your assessment.

    They very often send a text and a letter with the same information which is quite pointless really.
