What do you dislike about yourself?

Opposite to @Biblioklept's question which not many people answered so maybe people would rather share what they dislike about themselves instead.
I might add a rule if that is OK, that you can't select your disability, as that's not your fault?

For me I think I am a bit lazy at times and will tend to choose the easy option.

I have good ideas but don't seem so good later.
-
For me it's the lack of confidence or belief I have in myself I'm not very confident at all and I'm very hard on myself always second guessing myself a lot.
-
I feel very similar too @C_J .

Sorry to hear that @Strawberry1 I can also over think things and it can play on my mind for ages and keep me up all night at times.

This is actually an unexpectedly difficult question. I can reel off plenty of things I dislike about myself, but almost all of them are related to health conditions!
I'm surprised no-one has mentioned looks so far. I don't think I could pick a single nice thing about my looks. But even that is exacerbated by health conditions I suppose...
Think I'd have to choose my voice. I tried vlogging a few years ago when I really started losing my voice (due to health conditions again lol!) but I really disliked the way my voice sounded on film, as well as my accent and the way I pronounced certain words. Don't think I can blame any of that on health conditions! -
@OverlyAnxious I am the same about voice, I think my voice sounds really weird when played back and I don't like it at all. I just assumed everyone's voice sounded a bit different on film.
This is back maybe 15 years ago, maybe microphones and things are more accurate these days and peoples voices sound more similar to real life? -
I think when it comes to voice it's more that you are used to hearing it from within. The sounds you make, the vibrations don't only travel through the air to your ears they travel through your body. So that makes it sound quite different compared to only air transmission.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Can I say everything?

@OverlyAnxious, I think everybody is shocked by the sound of their voice at first.
Sone actors don't even watch their films -
I was interviewed on radio before covid and when I listened to it later I sounded like an alien.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
