in Start here and say hello!
I have recently been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and have found things rather tough.  Coupled into that I have chronic back pain that is never going to get better it has been hard for me.

Lost contact with a fair few people since I have had to go off work on long term sick leave so looking for a community that recognises my conditions and is supportive 😊

    I have dealt with both anxiety and depression, I definitely lost contact with a lot of people. It can be difficult to find the motivation to stay in contact with others. Being in online communities was really a good lifeline for me, the anxiety for me at least is much lessened with online interactions so the effort required is minimised.

    There's a lot of people going through, or have gone through already, exactly what you're experiencing. We are just here for help and advice, we're also here to just chat and be a friendly community :)
