Hello
I am Mihaela
On the 19 July I received SMS FROM DWP REGARDING MY PIP decision, a decision letter is been sent, still waiting
Meanwhile I receive my new award on the 7 August.
Monday I call up PIP and I asked for the copy of the original decision letter.Even I made an official complain to the ROYAL MAIL, regarding my letter they only deliver tracking parcel and not delivering the letters. I am worried about the letter not arriving
Shall I go to the local job centre to ask for the copy of the original decision letter?
REGARDS

The Job Centre won’t be able to help you, PIP is a completely separate benefit to what they deal with.
There are delays with the DWP mail system at present which is only just being resolved, if payments are being received then you are fine.
Give it another few weeks and phone back asking for another copy to be sent, there’s no point in complaining to Royal Mail either.0 -
Thank you so much 🙏
I did get my first pip payment on the 7 August.
I will call again on September
