Hi @Rolly234 - & welcome to the community. As there are a few conditions which are abbreviated to HMD, I hope you don't mind me asking which disorder you have. Hopefully then others may be able to share their personal experience.

As chiarieds mentions, there are a few conditions that can be abbreviated to HMD, could you let us know exactly which it is? Have you spoken to a specialist or GP about being unsure how to manage? Do you also have a support network around you?
