I'm going to guess that a decision has likely been made on your review. Very often when the "system" detects a change it can suspend a benefit such as ESA but this doesn't mean it's bad news. A claim is often suspended regardless of whether it's good or bad news. You will need to contact ESA to tell them that you haven't received your payment.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Welcome @PHILWILLIAMS, I can see you've already got help with your question so I just want to welcome you to the community. We also have sections for just chatting with others in the community. A very friendly bunch here as I have found out the few weeks I've been here.
Do keep us updated on your situation though, if you have any other questions or it gets resolved. We always like to hear about happy outcomes!
Edit: I also moved this discussion to the ESA section. If you come back to us with updates those with good ESA knowledge will more easily see itThey/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
