Hi can someone help, I’ve had my pip face to face consultation two days ago. Today I had a phone call from the pip team asking me to do another 5-10 min telephone call next week to get more information as the DWP have requested it. Is this normal / any ideas why? This is my first application

As above and also very rarely if a PIP case manager isn’t happy with the quality of a report they will send it back which in turn can mean another short assessment.0

            Hello @paul4141
Welcome to the community!
It isn't anything to worry about, they sometimes have additional questions.                         0 -
Thanks all. You were right, they just needed some more info as DWP wanted some more info. It’s been a week today since I’ve had the phone call. Does anybody have any info on current wait times on the decision? I’ve seen some people even get a txt a week later is this usual?0

@paul4141 Hopefully it isn't too long a wait now! I believe it is up to 13 weeks but have known people to wait up to 20 weeks.0
