I have two grown up children with autism, one also has epilepsy. I am looking for support with helping them in work and pip payments. My youngest child has had DLA and PIp, but on his last assessment in June, they have decided he is no longer eligible. Is there a time limit on re-applying for pip or should I start a new claim? Thank you in advance for any help.

You can re-apply now if you wish (there’s no time limit for this), PIP isn’t based on a diagnosis too. This time around you may wish to seek help to fill your form out:

How old is your son and does he claim Universal Credit?0 -

For your youngest then as the decision has only recently been made i'd advise you to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) rather than reapply. Reapplying using the same evidence you previously used is likley going to see another refusal. For the MR you should put this in writing stating where and why you think he should have scored those points. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/appeals/mandatory-reconsideration-pip/
