Based on a diagnosis then no because that's not what PIP is about. Whether you qualify will totally depend on exactly how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities.

What they look at is your ability to manage daily living activities such as washing/bathing, dressing/undressing, toilet, budgeting, managing therapy (a CPAP machine isn't considered for this activity), following and planning a journey, moving around etc etc.
