I know it's late or early, but they're not answering the phone and I am struggling to slow my brain down

    How are you doing now? Sorry I only just saw this post. I hope you managed to get through eventually to the Samaritans or managed to get a bit of sleep.

    Neither. I did get a response from Shout and despite no practical help whatsoever, the volunteer was kind and the typing kept me distracted. I appreciate the concern, I also hope you are well :)

    I’m glad you got a response from Shout and that it served at least as a distraction, is there something particular that’s been on your mind upsetting you?

    I do. I created a separate thread on it. It isn't a pleasant read. At least I think it's not, but I don't know. Maybe I've gotten it all wrong and forced homelessness and malnutrition is a good thing to inflict on disabled people with pre existing mental health disorders.
