Neither. I did get a response from Shout and despite no practical help whatsoever, the volunteer was kind and the typing kept me distracted. I appreciate the concern, I also hope you are well

I do. I created a separate thread on it. It isn't a pleasant read. At least I think it's not, but I don't know. Maybe I've gotten it all wrong and forced homelessness and malnutrition is a good thing to inflict on disabled people with pre existing mental health disorders.0
