Waiting for a PIP Tribunal for over a year

Hello Everyone. My name is Shahid and I was searching for some help. I had the Astra Zeneca vaccine back in March 2021 and fell ill the same day. I lost my voice which I don't have my normal voice back. I suffer from fatigue, shortness of breath, dizzy spells, losing balance. I am only 51 now and have to walk with a walking stick.  I have been waiting for a PIP Tribunal for over a year. The assessor blatantly made false reports of the assessment and I did record it. I followed all the procedures and sent the DWP my evidence, yet it was ignored and my claim rejected "based on the assessment report provided by the assessor." Since I have asked for a Tribunal over a year ago I am still waiting for a date. I am so cross that the assessor is allowed to carry on working and most likely doing the same to other claimant's. I have a good mind to name and shame the assessor, am I allowed to do this? It's about time that these assessors are held responsible for their actions. Why should they get away with it. It's as good as theft is what they are doing because they are taking away what we would be entitled to. Is there anything I can do to speed up the tribunal? I have been in and out of hospitals and the cost is having to come out of the little income support I get. I could really do with some help. Thank you

    It can sometimes take longer than a year for a hearing date, it will depend on each individual case. 

    I'm not sure what you mean by theft, there's no automatic entitlement to PIP, unless you're claiming under the special rules with a life expectancy of 12 months or less.

    It's entirely your decision whether you name and shame the assessor but they'll very likely not remember you. Doing so isn't going to prove you're entitled to PIP. I would personally rather concentrate on where and why i think i should have scored those points and even do some research so i have a better understanding of the descriptors and what they mean. Very few people understand them and this doesn't help.

    The part about theft is that genuine people who are entitled to receive PIP don't get it because of the assessors fictional reports. I do understand PIP and have researched it extensively as a family member is disabled and has been receiving PIP for over a decade. Even people who have had a life expectancy of less than 12 months get delayed and rejected.

    99% of SRTI claims are awarded PIP, with a clearance of 3 working days for new claims. I wouldn't class 3 working days as a delay.
