And another point they were referring to evidence I sent after op against me so why doesn’t my evidence stand for me from the same letter it’s all corrupt x0

PIP has nothing to do with your ability to work, people claim PIP and work. With regards to your evidence for the op then it's difficult to advise because i don't know anything about your case. This is where the CA advisor should have been advising you.Was the op before or after the assessment? Did you get worse after the op?0

When I first claimed I explained that I was having op on the 26 March no one advised me to claim after that I claimed on the 9th feb and they told me to get in touch after the op and I did now they are using this against me saying I can’t use documents after I claimed but they are using them one rule for them one for me , the bundle they sent was just full of contradictions lies it was like 2 people wrote it x0

You didn't answer these questions. I'm trying to help but it's impossible if you don't answer the questions.0

I did the op was after the assessment and I told them this and when I had the Mr he asked if I had the op ,0

You said your op was in March but not whether it was before or after the assessment. As it was after the assessment, if you were worse after the op (which is expected after any op to start with) then this is why they couldn't take that into consideration. It seems like you had very little support during the whole process. If you have very little understanding of the PIP descriptors then this isn't going to help either. However, HMCTS usually apply the law correctly and more than 70% of people are awarded at Tribunal stage.Did you use the link i provided to see what other advice agency is local to you, other than CA? If you didn't then please use that.0
