Waiting on LCWRA/LCW since January

We have a joint claim for UC that started in January. My Partner initially applied for ESA however was not entitled due to not having enough NI contributions. We were advised to claim UC so we could get that plus LCW/LCWRA.

When we went to the Job Centre initially, we were told that he needs to provide sick notes, which he has done so every month, and to follow with assessments done by ESA and that these will transfer over to LCW/LCWRA. 

He had the assessment in March and nothing else has been said.

We tried asking last month for an update and they said they provide no timescale and that it is in the desicionmakers hands.

last week, I requested a new update and asked if the process has actually gone ahead correctly as we have received no correspondence regarding this at all.

He has to report his self employed earnings and every month they're £0 as he is too ill to work. 

I am having to refuse overtime at work for fear of losing our UC entitlement fully and having to start this whole process again when the overtime dries up.

If anyone has any advice it is greatly appreciated.
