Hi @Rob123456789 - PIP & UC are totally separate benefits, so this won't affect your UC, but you can let them know. I'm pleased to read you were awarded PIP: was this for the daily living component?

Thankyou for responding, yes it was for the daily living component is there any way to find out when my first payment will be made the letter says every 4 weeks on Tuesday in arrears but I can't wrap my head around that haha.0

Congratulations on your award .do you mind me asking how long after assessment did you hear ..its been nearly 5 weeks since mine. Assessment report recommends enhanced for both but haven't heard a thing I'm panicking now because everyone seems to hear after a couple of weeks0 -
Thankyou and no not at all, my assessment was on the 25th of August received letter today for back payment on the 7th so my claim has been really fast.0

Thankyou!!, do you know if I can still get my regular pip payment the same month I got my backdated payment I got my backdated payment on the 7th I just can't work it out.0
