Would like help with a wheelchair must have a frame what goes around the wheels so I can wheel myself please

Have a look here where it says under wheelchairs,''Ask a GP, physiotherapist or hospital staff to refer you to your local wheelchair service for an assessment. You'll need to do this before you can get an NHS wheelchair.''0
