Hello, can anyone help will I be told when my LCWRA is up for review and if I will be reassessed. Also if I have to fill in the form again.

Re-assessments for UC have only started up again in recent months. It is highly likely you won’t be contacted for a re-assessment any time soon but when you are, you’ll receive notification of this on your journal.
You will need to fill another form in, yes. Payments will continue until a new decision is made on your LCWRA status.0
