WHAT TO DO IF I HAVENT RECIEVED MY CARERS ALLOWANCE PAYMENT

in Universal Credit (UC)
I’m a carer for a family member my caterers allowance usually goes in on a Monday but I haven’t received my payment this week iv contacted DWP and they can see I’m still registered as being a carer on the system what shall I do next ?

    You need to phone Carer’s Allowance tomorrow:
    0800 731 0297
    Monday to Friday
    8am-6pm

    Yeah the person I care for is still reviving there PIP & no the lady I spoke to from them on the phone said she can’t see why I haven’t been paid and she said she will send it over to find out why I haven’t been paid wasn’t sure if I needed to do anything else now or just wait
