Accessing Football Stadiums

I took a young person I look after on the Etihad tour a while ago, and we were surprised at how accessible it was. There isn't a specific area for wheelchair users, people can sit with their friends in the stand they prefer. They only have standard 'disabled toilets' which are not great, but we asked if they could consider a changing places style room when they extend the stadium and they said they would look into it

How do other grounds compare? and do you find watching football is something everyone can do, or are disabled people still discriminated against?
