PIP telephone assessment two weeks ago, got a phone call today from PIP?

Hey guys! Just a big thank you as I’ve been reading these forums and they’ve helped me tremendously as a silent reader of them frequently.
I have a quick question regarding a call today from an unknown number and it was PIP, she basically asked questions like ‘how did you find the review’ ‘did the assessor tell you their name’ ‘how satisfied are you with the assessor’ etc?! Is this normal? I don’t know whether or not it was because I made a point to thank the assessor as the end of my assessment last week and tell them I appreciate how kind she was, or is this just mandatory standard procedure? Fingers crossed for my review.

Hi, not sure it’s normal procedure now, but when I had my assessment 2020, I didn’t receive such a call like you have. Good luck with the review🤞🏻0

Hi @ayaalildn, just want to start off by saying thank you
It's so nice to hear that our community helps so many. I don't know how widely it's known but it is a trend in online communities that there are far more people silently watching than actively participating. It can be a big step sometimes to start talking, and I'm glad you made that step! Even more so that you say so many nice things about here!
In regard to the phone call, as long as they didn't ask for personally identifiable information and just asked about how the assessment went this just sounds like they were checking the quality of the assessment. You could try contacting the DWP yourself to check if it was associated with them if you don't mind the few hour wait to get through.
Sending all my luck for your review outcome.0
