Hi I've been trying for a week to get proof of my esa , for my sons college so he can get a bus pass and I've tried calling and it keeps cutting me of I've even tried sending an email, I was told to sign in to government gateway account! So after loads of messing and having to give them tons and tons of my personal details it seems they don't deal with esa! Really dunno what to do now??
Does anyone have any numbers for them or advice cause I can't afford to keep paying for meals and bus fares, thanks in advance xx

Did you by any chance keep somewhere the latest annual uprating letter?

Hiya. From past experience, you should be able to get a letter of proof from your local job centre, I have had a copy in the past from them, best to call them and enquire to see if they can issue you some proof.
