Sound like generic responses. Not very informative 😕0

Hello JW2604
They sound generic responses because your texts are generic texts that are sent out to every new claimant once there form has been recieved and put on the system. The text mean what they say, if you need an assessment then they will contact you with a time and date. There are backlogs and the waiting times vary from region to region.JW2604 said:Sound like generic responses. Not very informative 😕Hope that helpsNasturtium0
