A Health Professional is looking at your PIP claim. They will contact you with an appointment if they need to. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

This is a new claim so unsure what to expect any advice welcome thanks

They sound generic responses because your texts are generic texts that are sent out to every new claimant once there form has been recieved and put on the system. The text mean what they say, if you need an assessment then they will contact you with a time and date. There are backlogs and the waiting times vary from region to region.
