When people put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration what address do people use? Thanks

    Did you receive a decision letter? If you did, the address to request a mandatory reconsideration is usually somewhere on that letter. If you can't find it, let me know and I will try to find out for you :)

    That’s correct,

    Personal Independence Payment 4,
    Post Handling Site B,
    Wolverhampton,
    WV99 1AA.

    You will need a stamp and I recommend you also get proof of postage for this too, this is free and can be asked for from a Post Office counter.
