If you're working age then no, it doesn't apply. It only applies to those that are state pension age and above, if their PIP includes Enhanced daily living.To start the work capability assessment off when claiming UC then you need to "report a changes of circumstances" then click health condition. Report your health condition there and then provide a fit note within 7 days of that. You will then be referred for a work capability assessment on around day 29.
