    My daughter is 13 and has cp can't remember the last full nights sleep we had some time she settles for an hour or we can be up best part of the night she has a light supper warm shower and everthing is kept quiet but still wakes need help please x

    Could you give us more details please, could you tell us your daughters bedtime routine, how she settles to sleep ie. with you or alone and what time does she go to bed.
