    Ok thankyou I will have to have a good look at all my letters and maybe I should ring them to ask ?

    You can ring to ask if the WRAG component was included. Or you can ask what date your claim for ESA started and they will tell you. 

    Are you sure there’s no other deductions from your ESA?

    I’ve just looked though my letters and it looks like I was on income support untill 10 may 2018 and esa from 11 may 2018 ? As that’s when my daughter turned 5 and I wasn’t fit for work

    Thanks. That means that my calculations are spot on and you weren’t entitled the extra money for WRAG because your claim for ESA started after the rule changes in April 2017. Therefore your ESA amount was correct while in the WRAG.

    Please see my calculations above now you’re in the Support Group as this is how much you’re entitled to now. You should receive a breakdown of how much you’re now entitled to.

    Thankyou so much ffor your help so will I get £382.90 a forenight plus carers every week ? As at the moment I have been getting the £254 a fortnight then the carers allowance every Monday ?

    You’re welcome. Yes, £382.90/fortnight ESA plus Carers allowance of £76.75/week.
