Hi I’ve just won my pip appeal that took nearly 12 months sent over 130 pages of medical evidence I’ve done the phone call in regards to questions about prison and hospital so just wondering how long it takes on average to receive everything thanks

Great news. It can take up to 8 weeks from when HMCTS made the decision.

Welcome to our community @Mickalex29! So happy to hear you won your tribunal, it's quite a tough journey but all worth it in the end. Hopefully not long now till you get what you're entitled to!
While I understand you might not be in the position to do so, I hope you set aside a little to reward yourself.1
