in Universal Credit (UC)
I got told by uc I need to report fit notes to trigger a uc50 I have been reporting fit notes since the 14th of august only weekly ones as I didn’t exactly know how many days and they didn’t say anything I’ve got told numerous of times it will be triggered this is about 2 months now of been told one thing and other I had messaged my work coach can I fill out a capability assessment please she got back to me today she told me it’s not about how many fit notes I put in it’s about how many days ive reported a fit note for 4 weeks I’m just so mentally exhausted

    As I advised on your other thread a referral should be made from day 29 after reporting your health condition. I do not understand why they won’t just refer you. 

    I don’t know what else to advise other than what I’ve already said.

    In my case, I was referred to WCA after 3 months of constantly sending sick leaves. I was given sick leave every 2 weeks.

    I had to repeatedly ask my work coach for my WCA forms. It took two months of asking and fit notes for it to happen.

    It’s been 3 months for me and they are still trying to fight against me

    You said your first fit note was 14th August, that's not 3 months.
