Hello all bit late today had a busy morning I hope everyone is ok.

And hello everyone the sky's have just decided to open up as I walked in the door so I think that's good timing. I had a couple of appointments in town and treated myself to a meal and a book.

I think Patrick Stewart is a very talented man and a great actor. I've also always been a fan of Sean Connery and I feel there are a few similarities between them.1 -

Hi everyone I hope yous are enjoying your day the threads busy which is lovely to see.
Well I got great news at the hospital I have been approved for my second knee replacement, I’m so relieved my consultant was pleased with my weight loss but to stick with it, as I definitely will be I still have a lot off weight to shift.
