Morning you lovely lot!
That hedgehog could easily beat the beaver on Bake Off the other week @Teigr, love it!0 -
We seem to have a full house of admins on the forum today
I always wondered, it's not like there are hundreds of regulars on this forum, it must cost quite a lot to have so many admins in proportion to the few dozen people that regularly post?
Not that I'm complaining at all it's very much appreciated just wondering if I need to up my donation ha ha ha1 -
I just had an invite to get my Covid vaccine which is nice. All booked up now. I don't know what condition I have to make me eligible but I am happy to take it.0

Haha, there's only a couple of us, but there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes. We're not just chatting away all day. As nice as that would be.
Though if you wanted to up your donation, I'm sure Scope would appreciate it. :P0 -
I'm running a bit late but hello and good morning one and all. That is a superb looking cake @Teigr. It is better than most of the ones on Bake Off......
How did the Dentist go ...... I never thought I would ever be jealous of anyone going to the Dentist (@ Sandy_123).... but I have been living here for 7 years and cannot find any Dentist to take me on. I have had a look at the NHS website and various others and phoned every single other dentist !in 160 mile radius, but, you guessed it...... No joy.....

Dentist went well @AndyGT that's a shame you can't get one
I'm shattered, popped to asda walking up n down the isles has worn me out.
Was a homeless guy sat outside,I said do u want a sandwich or something. He said I'd love cheese and onion. So got a meal deal with a drink and gave him some money.
Chill out for me now when the police helicopter stops whizzing over my house1 -
Afternoon everyone had family stuff going on so kept me away from all of you lovely people.I hope yous are having a nice day, it’s bright but very windy here, we have a yellow weather warning in place but looking ok just now.
@Sandy_123
That was a nice thing to do, there’s a guy that sits outside the Home Bargains that I go to and I can’t pass him without offering him something.
I just think to myself. There goes I but for the grace of god.
@Teigr
What a beautiful cake you made, and the comments about Bake-off are so true you should apply honestly.
@Beaver79
I hope you enjoyed your lunch.

@66Mustang we're here for all the people who arrive unsure of where they are, what they're doing and they need help with something.
We create and moderate this space for anyone needs it, if only temporarily, not just for the long-term everyday users. Though you guys are important to us ^^ you make the work more enjoyable0 -
@Jimm_Scope
That makes sense, this forum does seem to have a high turnover of users who just make one or a handful of posts and then disappear. I used to frown on people doing that on a forum but I suppose if someone leaves and never comes back it means the forum has done its job in helping as the person doesn't need any more help.
