I had a phone call from assessment they asked me if I agree a lump of money i seed yes what is mean?

    Do you mean it was from DWP/PIP? and not the assessment? seems like a decision has been made on a recent claim perhaps?

    The decision may not have been made yet, once it has it can take up to a couple of weeks to receive the decision letter.

    Hey @Jamesgates132 welcome to the community :) As Poppy said they often ask you how you would like to receive the money as well as bank details before finalising everything. You should receive a letter soon :)
