There was a question during PMQ's on Wednesday regarding fluctuating conditions like MS and PIP claims. Good on the MP who asked the question.

Yes, absolutely it is good enough. If DWP refuse then you just proceed to Tribunal.

Called them today to check they had my form in time. They did but wasn’t logged as a MR so he said he can change that over the phone which he did. He said should take about 8 weeks for decision.0

Good that there was no problem with the DWP receiving your MR. Times to hear back can vary; some wait up to 12 weeks; I don't know why they keep saying 8 weeks, as it's not always the case!

Yeah I’m pleased it’s in. Even got a text that says normally 8 weeks!1

Usually they tell everyone 8 weeks but as chiarieds advised it can be up to 12 weeks.0

Tiny update I got a text. It basically says they expect to look it over by the end of December.1

Ive been called a liar I got refused lcwra I had to speak to a psychiatrist to get proof ive had problems all my life. I was diagnosed with mixed personality disorder aspd/bpd. They made me go back to jobcentre noing how mad I get I had a lot of arguments with them. My advisor told me to reapply for lcwra this was before my diagnosis I zone out a lot she saw it they had a big security guard watching me I felt harassed I got lcwra in the end now ive had to wait over a year for PIP I didn't put a mandatory decision in for 12 months though so it is my fault but I sent medical records but my post was slow so they never got it in time. I also said I can't mix with people my brother helps me but I had a argument with him about 10 months ago he kicked out of his car and I damaged hes window he never spoke to me for 6 months I cant help it when I lose it

So MR came back today. Nothing to report really. No mention of anything other than what constitutes an award and that I don’t fit any part. 0 points across everything. They offer no reason or explanation other than we believe you can. It’s all perplexing and extremely vague. Is it purposefully vague?Tribunal time I guess. Really could do without the grief but what choice do I have.0

Know how you feel. I had DLA (High Care & Mobility) then they came to put me over to PIP - I was normal again, no illnesses, no disabilities - it was a miracle - Yipee!!Carlosos said:So MR came back today. Had a telephone call from pip today in reply to my application for tribunal. It’s a couple of weeks late but hey ho. He seemed really nice and very understanding on the phone of my condition. We talked for a while and I said I can provide more examples if needed of limitations and what has happened. He said no you provided plenty of good examples but would like to call me back again to discuss further. He didn’t call back when he said he would but maybe just delayed. I was hoping he would make me the full offer I am due like a lot of folk on the web had happened. Quite looking forward to speaking to actual people who are honest at tribunal instead of dwp agents and assessors but at the same time it’s going to take a lot physically out of me to get there and take part.0

my tribunal date has finally arrived. It’s going to be a struggle to attend but needs must. Just hope it goes well but who knows.
