                    Had this text this morning. Stess levels going up. Should I be worried. Have asked for a full assessment report

            That’s just a standard text and nothing to be concerned about.
 Did you have an assessment? If not, then I believe they have done a paper assessment, which means you provided enough information on your review form.
 If I’m mistaken, someone will correct me.0

            You can ring PIP and ask them what the decision is. Yes I know the text advises not to ring them but this doesn’t mean you can’t.Personal Independence Payment (PIP)Telephone: 0800 121 4433
