Had this text this morning. Stess levels going up. Should I be worried. Have asked for a full assessment report

That’s just a standard text and nothing to be concerned about.
Did you have an assessment? If not, then I believe they have done a paper assessment, which means you provided enough information on your review form.
If I’m mistaken, someone will correct me.0 -
You can ring PIP and ask them what the decision is. Yes I know the text advises not to ring them but this doesn’t mean you can’t.
