    Hi @shona16 - & welcome to the community. Yes, you can get the LCWRA element (if eligible) & claim ADP at the same time, as they're separate benefits.

    You can only claim ADP if you live in Scotland, otherwise it's PIP you need to claim.

    I’ve been asked to send 4mths bank statements and in receipt of UC, LWRCA & ADP. I also get a small medical retirement pension of £270 a month which I haven’t declared as didn’t think I had to. What will happen? I’m really stressed now. Thanks

    With UC pension income is deducted in full from your UC award.

    Once the pension is discovered, they may ask for additional bank statements going back further.

    They will calculate any overpayment and recover this by a deduction each month from your UC award. Or, you can arrange repayment in full via DWP Debt Management.

    Going forwards your UC award will be lower as a pound for pound deduction will be made for the pension income.

    There may also be a small fine of £50.

    it actually goes back to 2015 but was only £70 then. Why o why did I not say……
