I suppose it has become common knowledge that I do have mental health issues. Despite that it doesn't make me a rubbish person just someone what struggles a bit . I find myself asking myself over and over again why I feel like everyone in my family thinks I'm always doing something wrong or I'm thinking wrongly about stuff.??????????????????. The mind boggles at times .

I have no family now.
But a distant cousin who I've only ever met twice told the PIP tribunal I should be in a home.
Only time I've rung the Samaritans.

I know you struggle with mental health quite a bit @Strawberry1, but can I just say your posts in this community often bring a smile to my face. You said in another thread that you're concerned about how self-centred you are. Yet so often I see you saying such nice things to other people, making sure they know how highly you think of them.
You're a wonderful person.
About family, it is difficult. Perceptions on mental health and neurodiversity are changing but slowly, and mostly in the younger generation. Scope has a 10 year strategy where one of the goals is to change prejudices and negative ideas about disabled people, I hope we succeed in that strategy.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
