Pip Review extension ?

Hi there, we returned my partners AR1 form in February, his Pip award is due to end on the 19th December 2023 haven't heard anything since we returned the AR1 form, do they automatically extend the award if they have not yet completed their review ? many thanks for your help : )

    Yes, his PIP will continue until a decision is made on the review.

    Thank you for confirming this Poppy , do you know if he is likely to receive a letter to state that it will be extended ?

    They don’t always send a letter.

    They will send a letter if you ring and ask for one
