    It's been really bad the floods this morning when I went for an appointment to see if I could get some support from LD services or not

    Good night to all @Scope members.  Rest as well as you can . I know alot of members don't sleep well my heart goes out to all those who don't sleep well . I've had my fair share of nights when I haven't slept well . It's awful. If any Scope member is unable to sleep I'm sure you all have your routines by now but please please please take care of yourselves.  I'm sure you all do but be sure to be extra kind to yourselves please.  God bless each and every single one of you here .  Bless you all always.

    Good Morning everyone.  I hope your day has got off to a good start.  Personally I'm tired and just want to sleep but can't.  I know a lot of us here have the same issues and my heart goes out to all if you.  I was watching the news earlier and realised that no matter how bad I feel life could be so much worse and I realised comparitavly speaking how lucky I am.  That includes having access to everyone here as an extended family/friendship group.  No matter how bad I am feeling I know there is always some love and friendship here and I can read some of the questions and replies to see the true friendship and feeling out there.  So thank-you for everything.
