Has anyone else had problems with this service? I've only just noticed that the person I care for did not receive his payment for 1 November (He'd got his Cost of Living Allowance, which we were not aware he was going to receive, the same time his ADP was due and we've only just realised that there is a payment missing. He is in the process of a review but I had only just received the forma few days before this paymenbt was due.

The most recent Cost of living payment is not related to ADP. He received that because he was entitled to a payment of a means tested benefit during the qualifying period.
He will need to ring SSS to ask them why he didn’t receive it, if he hasn’t already.0
