Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm from Cambridgeshire.  I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Functional Neurological
Disorder, Fybromyalgia, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, PTSD, NEAD.

     Not feeling too great.  Kept waking up in panic attacks.  Now feel nauseous

    Really sorry to hear that @Jonathan77, but I can empathise, it's no fun at all. 
     Are you receiving any support at all?  Family, friends or a GP?

    Welcome @Jonathan77, nice to have you with us. Sorry you're not feeling great today. I've also got Fibro and had a diagnosis of M.E. as a child, it's not nice to deal with! I hope you'll find our community welcoming and helpful.
