Thankyou you're right I just have trouble starting things off and knowing which order to do it and always think I've done things wrong0
-
Just tell them you disagree with the decision and then request the MR. Once you done this start from activity one and work your way through the rest of the descriptors.

Sorry I've got another question feel I'm being a right pain 🙃 when my original application form was filled in by a welfare rights man I did feel after starting to go on forums and reading what dwp expect that my form may not have enough detail and examples of what has happened to me and things like that, but I wasn't well and no way could complete form but now I'm thinking I wished I would have filled it in myself, when I do mr will they actually read my new examples and take them into consideration or just go by my original , could the claim be restarted or if it went to tribunal could I explain about the form and I feel not enough information was added0

For the MR they should look at everything again, including the MR letter. Though most MR decisions don't change. You can give more information at anytime, providing that specific condition has already been mentioned. What they won't take into consideration now is any worsening of condition since the assessment took place.I wouldn't advise anyone to start a new claim after a refusal because the likelyhood of another refusal is quite high, if you use the same evidence you previously used. It's always much better to challenge the decision.0

Ok thankyou x0

Thankyou so much, I've printed out a few different templates to try and help me word things and am going to do a little bit at a time so i don't overwhelm myself with it amd hopefully by tje time the decision letter comes thru I might have a decent Mr ready to send , hopefully anyway1

I wonder if the citizens advice would let me send my finished mr to them to check I've done it correctly0

You need to remember that the majority of the time we will only hear the bad stories. Those that have had a decision they are happy with have no questions to ask so we don’t hear their story.Believe it or not there are some good assessors out there. My daughter and myself are proof of this, I’ve never experienced a bad assessor. All our reports have been honest and truthful.A lot of the time it will be down to poorly completed claim forms why people are refused.
The assessment services have some problems but I find it hard to believe an assessor would ask for payment.

Hi @dianaf, please tell your niece that she should not send money to anyone who says they will change her award or points. I don't have all the information available so can't say for certain, but this is likely to be fraudulent activity or a scam.1

While awaiting decision letter can you send new evidence in or should I just wait untill I send my mandatory reconsideration, I've had a letter for me to recieve weekly cbt therapy.0
-
You can send new evidence at anytime, however it may take a couple of weeks to arrive because it's not classed as arriving until it's been added to the system. Next day delivery will not speed up that process.
