Hi! I recently requested a copy of my work capability assessment report. And on it they’ve put I live with my daughter and boyfriend. This is inaccurate as i live with my daughter and my boyfriend only stays a couple of nights a week and helps with childcare. I clearly told them this on the phone that it is just me and her. I’ve notified them on my journal of the mistake, but I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I’m a bit worried that this will affect my benefits? I suffer with anxiety and this error they’ve made is really stressing me out :( do they record phone calls so they can check?
