Hi I have a 20 year old son autism act like a young child cannot handle money affairs cannot cook cannot go out own his own I applied uc and then uc50 for him just posted his form which I filled signed as my son does not understand benefits system I am his appointee.

That will really depend on exactly how his health conditions affect him and as i don't know that then it won't be possible to tell you what his chances are. There's many members here that have Autism but LCWRA is not awarded based on any diagnosis so comparing others to your son will not be helpful. You need to concentrate on the reasons why you think he should be found to have this, rather than the reasons why others have been awarded it.
