Is anyone aware of email addresses that Department for of work and pensions for enquiries re PIP benefits or ESA benefits?

    Hi @matthewkevin84, I've not found an email for them yet, I believe all contact is via phone unfortunately.
    Is there anything we could help with perhaps?

    I thought it would be a good idea ask on this forum as obviously it would be useful to for future reference but I there is nothing at present that anyone could assist me with thank you.

    I was informed of the above email address and I had an automated email acknowledgement.

    It could be an out of service email which is why you received and automated response. Can I ask, do you have someone who could call for you?

    I've had a look online regarding that email address.  Yes, it appears to work, but people have been told it shouldn't be used for general questions regarding benefits. Sounds like people got told off for using it.
