I get paid every 10th with assessment periods 4th -3rd every month. I have been sending fit notes from 14th August. I have been awarded LCWRA from 21st November and received the letter on 25th November with stating the award.
When will they start paying the LCWRA?
The 3 month waiting period really confused me. Will it be paid 3 months from the first fit note entry or from the assesment?

The waiting period starts from when you provided your first fit note. It’s 3 full assessment periods and then the extra money is paid from the 4th month, with first payment being the end of that 4th month because UC is paid 1 month in arrears.
Your waiting period will be Sept to Dec.. LCWRA starts from 4th Dec to 3rd Jan and first payment will be 10th January 2024. No LCWRA element is owed.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn’t have the work allowance then you will be owed some money for this.1 -
