Hi all, I am 36 have been struggling for 6 years. I have been told fo ally I have severe forminal stenosis. I struggle with leg pain, back, arm. Pins and needles and all other issues. I work 50 hours a week and really struggling. I am also being tested for multiple sclerosis. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're in. Have you looked into any support with benefits to help with your workload? Or you could talk to your boss regarding reasonable adjustments to maybe put you in a less physical role which might help?

Hi Albus Scope, thank you for your reply. To be honest work have been great, I work as an administrator in a care home. I am worried about the future with needing operations etc. I am just starting to look at benefits. It is all new to me and aminefield.0
