My husband is going into a nursing home permanently I know that I will have to look for a job now and claim uc as a single person , but my husband is only 64 he got uc (joint) and lwrca has he has dementia , his cate will be either chc funding or local council funded as he's in a nhs acess to care placement being assessed for his needs , will he still continue to recieve lwrca I'm his appointee through DWP

I'm sorry to hear your husband has to go into a nursing home, dementia can be a real stress to everyone.
