    Hi my friend you aren’t bringing anyone down, we are all here to support each other when we feel a bit down.
    Remember how much everyone cares for you on here, sometimes  even when you have lots off people in your life you can still feel lonely.
    I know I do at times I do have family but I stay on my own i have done for a while. 
    Please know I think a lot of you and always hear for you.  ❤️

    Sorry to hear that @Ada, no need to kick yourself, your thoughts are perfectly valid. I don't think you are alone, I think that it's a hard time for a lot of people.

    I have been feeling sorry for myself today because we are to have a grumpy/aggressive relative staying for a couple of days over Christmas. I find their moods hard to deal with because of my anxiety. But I will think more positively - at least I have family company over Christmas.

    Oh never feel embarrassed it’s great that you feel comfortable with us all to be able to speak your truth.
    And as Mustang said your thoughts and feelings are totally valid. 
    I hope you feel a bit better  knowing your cared for a lot, Also when I say something out loud that is bothering me  or write it down I feel better.

    You have good support at home and you have great coping strategies for when things get to much, with a certain relative.
    I’m sure you’ll manage just fine  the few days they stay over.

    We had a busy day yesterday,got a bit more Christmas shopping done and delivered some presents that my sister has to take to Shropshire.
